Tile Flooring systems are considered an alternative for floors which are not candidates for Epoxy Flooring.

Examples: Where there is moisture seeping thru the concrete, when the floors have been overly contaminated and will not absorb/adhere to the epoxy or where the owner wishes to take their floor with them upon moving, these are all examples when a tile floor makes a lot of sense. 

The costs of a tile floor can also be double the price of an epoxy floor based on variables such as tile choice and potential fitting issues experienced on site. 

Tile floors have an anticipated life span of 15 years.
