Here is what we were faced with...



SOLUTION: Bring in The Amazing Improvements, LLC Pros!

1. Machine grinding of the existing, multi-painted surfaces with professional floor grinders
2. Vacuum the floor, clean the floor, vacuum the floor...prep, prep, prep...
3. Apply a thin primer coat of black epoxy, allow to soak into floor
4. Allow to dry
5. Apply thick coat of commercial epoxy coating - broadcast tiny red chips and sparkles into floor
6. Allow to dry
7. Apply thick coat of commercial urethane to protect epoxy from scratching.
8. Allow 24 hours of drying before returning furniture and allowing traffic into the room
9. Return room to full functionality by Party-time~!
