Here is what a properly prepped floor looks like for overcoating...



SOLUTION: Bring in The Amazing Garages Pros!

1. Hand sanding of the existing epoxy surfaces with screens, pads, low speed sanders, etc.
2. Scuff floor to an overal 100 Grit profile, vacuum and use microfiber mops to remove all latent contaminates
4. Apply a special, chemically resistant, pigmented urethane. Run up wall coping.
5. Broadcast tiny aluminum oxide bits within this coating for slip resistance
9.Allow 24 hours of drying before returning furniture and traffic into the room
10. Return room to full functionality by Monday AM~!
