Well, maybe not, but it was a whopper!

This autodealer had Amazing Garages handle their break rooms and common areas of their dealership a year prior.  Based upon their experience, they cut floor improvements out of the contractor scope of work in their new property and gave the assignment to us !  They knew Amazing things awaited them.  They also were not interested in having the contractor farm out this work to the lowest bidder.  The client knew this floor had to be done right and with the best materials for the longest lifespan. 

We utilized specialized prime material to handle areas of deep oil penetration as well as in areas around the doors of the room.  Doing so increased the life of the project. 

The client also specified a heavy layer of anti-slip aluminium oxide for their flooring.  As technicians are working under vehicles and could slip and fall if the oxide had not been added.
