Economy Clean and Coat: From $1.00 per sq. ft. Includes deep cleaning of surfaces, application of 2 coats of a pigmented concrete sealer. The sealer will protect the concrete from damages derived from moisture trapped in the slab. (1000 sq. ft. minimum)
Economy Resurfacing Option: From $1.25 per sq. ft. Includes same prep and applications as found above. Adds reasonable crack patching and surface grinding to minimize lippage and trip hazards.
Trowel Overlay Resurfacing Option: From $3.25 per sq. ft. (less if over 1000 sq. ft.). Includes surface prep, bonding coat, 1/4 inch highly polymerized concrete overlay materials, then SEALED against further decay. Smooth or broom brush finish.
Spray-Tek Overlay Resurfacing Option: From $3.50 per sq. ft. (less if over 1500 sq. ft.). Includes everything provided in the Trowel Overlay Option, adds decorative appearance, added slip resistance, can include faux brick/rock effects. Many colors available. Final sealing can contain additional anti-slip material. Typical application as seen in many luxury home communities.
