CHALLENGE: Commercial Flooring Renovation

1. Remove VCT Floors and Cove Base
2. Install new concrete flooring base
3. Lay new seamless, 100% Solids, food grade Epoxy Floor, improve cleaning capabilities, enhance floor grip, eliminate mold and mildew issues. Install fresh cove base and seal to eliminate future mold issues.
4. Return enterprise to owners within one week of handoff.

SOLUTION: Amazing Garages Pros!

1. Remove floors (2 Day Process due to multiple VCT layers and fusing on VCT to original concrete floor. (Tile Shark, hand scrapers and two sledgehammers were required.) 
2. Profile/Clean floor in preparation of concrete skim coat.
3. Lay skim coat, ensure level installation, let dry
4. Minor prep/clean in support of epoxy application.
5. Application of Epoxy/decorative chips and Anti-Slip crystals 
6. Drying cycle.
7. Replace Cove Base and install with respect to moisture intervention.
8. Provide wooden paths to eliminate damage due to re-installation of refrigeration systems.  Return for removal of protective wood sheets.
9. Return for touch-ups.

Job Completed without issue, on time and budget.  Removal of VCT took 2X as long as estimated and was the only fiscal variable identified in advance of project kick off. All other aspects of the project went as proposed and delivered.

END RESULT:

They LOVE their new floor !!!  Management has openly exhibited how thrilled they are to have such a quality product, easy to clean and installed without delays.
